What is a Group Buy?
Shoppers join the same group. Once the target is reached, sourcing and fulfilment begin.
Can I buy without joining a group?
Yes, products with Buy Now enabled can be purchased at the regular store price.
When does the delivery estimate start?
For Group Buy orders, the delivery estimate starts after the group is confirmed.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout. City groups and Australia-wide delivery are separate concepts.
What if I cannot find a product?
Use Product Request to send us a name, link or image and we can assess sourcing or a new Group Buy.
